At Performe Sports Medicine, your brain health is our priority. If you're dealing with the uncertainty of a concussion, we're here to provide clarity, care, and confidence every step of the way. Contact us today to book your appointment and take the first step toward a full recovery.

  • If in doubt, sit them out

Any suspected concussion means no return to play that day. We see you as soon as possible after the knock.

  • Red flags checked first

Worsening headache, repeated vomiting, neck pain or confusion need hospital care. We screen for these before anything else.

  • Symptoms, balance, vision and memory

We assess the areas concussion most often affects, so your plan is built on how you are actually recovering.

  • A graded return to sport plan

Step by step from rest to light exercise, training and contact, in line with the Australian concussion guidelines.

  • The 14 and 21 day rules

Under 19s and community athletes need 14 symptom-free days before contact training, and at least 21 days before playing again.

  • School and work come first

We plan the return to learning and work alongside training, so the brain is ready before the body goes back to contact.

  • Help when symptoms linger

Headaches, dizziness, neck pain or fatigue that hang around get targeted rehab rather than more waiting.

  • Clearance you can trust

You return to contact only once a practitioner has cleared you, with a clear plan for parents and coaches to follow.
