Lachie is not just a brilliant physio but also an awesome person. How many other medical professionals would ensure my toddler is happy while I'm on the treatment bed? Cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

Do I need a referral to make an appointment?

Our services are open to everyone, and you can book directly through our website or by contacting us. Appointments with our Sports and Exercise Physicians and Orthopaedic Surgeons require a GP referral. All other allied health services can be accessed without one, but if you have any correspondence from a GP or another healthcare provider, bring it along, as it may assist in tailoring your care.

Should I arrive early? What do I need to bring?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first appointment to complete a short new patient form. If you have any relevant paperwork, such as scans, referrals or clinical notes, bring these along, as they help your practitioner provide the best care. Free parking makes access easy.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your unique condition, goals and response to treatment, because every individual's journey is different. During your initial consultation, your practitioner will work with you to establish your treatment goals and provide an estimate based on your specific needs. We are dedicated to personalised care with empathy and honesty, helping you achieve your goals as effectively and efficiently as possible.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm. If we're unable to receive your enquiry during these times, contact us through the website and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, or simply book online.

Do you see TAC, WorkCover or DVA patients?

Yes we do, but please note you will need to pay the full fee for your consultation following the appointment and claim back from TAC, WorkCover or DVA personally. As we are a private clinic, there may be a gap in the refund that you receive back.
